These SMS Terms describe the text messaging programs operated by Red White and Booked LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at redwhiteandbooked.com.
We send text messages in two contexts:
a) Messages from Red White and Booked to you. If you are a customer or prospective customer of ours and you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you messages about your account, your setup progress, support requests, billing notices, and occasional information about our services.
b) Messages sent by businesses that use our software. Our customers — local service businesses — use our platform to send text messages to their own customers. Those messages include automatic replies to missed calls, appointment confirmations and reminders, and requests for a review after a completed job. In those cases, the business is the sender and is responsible for obtaining consent. If you received such a message, the business named in the message is who you are communicating with.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages at that number, including messages sent using automated technology.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy anything from us.
You represent that you are the subscriber of, or the customary user with authority to consent for, the phone number you provide.
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our text messaging program.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and account status. For account and support messages, frequency depends on your interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to messages you send and receive. We are not responsible for those charges. Contact your carrier for details on your plan.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from that program. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt in again.
You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] with your phone number and a request to be removed.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at [email protected].
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers and consent information are used only to deliver the messaging described in these terms, and are shared only with the service providers who transmit messages on our behalf and with mobile carriers as required to deliver them.

Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date above will be revised.
